  • When you first come to see us, please bring any paperwork related to your injury or concern. This might include:

    • A referral letter from your Doctor or another health professional, if you have one.

    • If you're paying for the treatment yourself and not making a claim with any third party (like WorkCover or a CTP Insurer), a doctor's referral is not required.

    • Any medical findings, X-rays, or scans you have.

    • Your private health fund card or other payment methods.

  • Yes, we accept private health funds, depending on your coverage level and insurance. We also offer on-the-spot health rebates for physiotherapy services. EFTPOS credit and saving cards including American express are acceptable.

  • We accept all work-cover injuries. Here are a few steps to guide you through the process:

    1. A doctor referral will be required to start a work-cover claim

    2. We advice that you bring all the paperwork claim with you to our clinic

    3. Please ensure you include your employer, case manager and other relevant contacts available

    4. We will keep you updated with your journey to returning back to work

  • Yes certainly we accept enhanced care plan referral from your GP doctor. We will require all relevant documents needed for this referral. Please be advised that you are eligible up to 5 sessions per year as per doctor’s recommendations.

    Please note: We do not bulk bill, there will be a small gap fee required for all care plan sessions.

    Patients will be required to pay the full payment at time of appointment, and will receive the Medicare rebate immediately.

  • We understand that personal circumstances can change. We kindly advice that if you wish to cancel your appointment please contact our clinic 24 hours prior to your appointment time. This allows other clients to book if they require urgent care.

    Please note: Last minute cancellations or failure to attend the session will be charged $30.00 respectively.
